Terms and conditions for Fitness 12 Months Unlimited

Class passes don’t expire until an exact year from the date of purchase. If you enroll in a class and can no longer make it, you must cancel your enrollment at least 2 hours before the start of class. Failure to do so may result in a class deduction from your pass or if you are on a monthly plan you would incur at $10 late/no show fee. You can enroll in most classes up until two hours before the start of class. If you want to enroll closer to the class time please call or email us first as we may not be running a class due to low enrollment. If paying by check, a $30 fee will be added to any returned checks. If you want to cancel your plan before the required 12 months you must speak with a staff member.
