Mommy and Me classes are a great way to expose children 3-10 years old to the yoga environment, while also holding space for quality time with mom. In addition, moms get a chance to release stress and anxiety, and get in a stretch & meditation. Class will be a good balance between being kid friendly while also being enjoyable for mom too!
