Yoga Flow

The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement" and is a practice where postures are connected through the breath for a transforming and balancing effect. This class will build endurance and flexibility while you evolve through the flow of movement. It will leave you feeling energized, stretched and balanced!

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
• Water (stay hydrated!)

What to wear:
• Comfortable (and cute!) workout attire
• Footwear: bare feet
