Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. In this class, you will practice long holds allowing your muscled to deeply relax and heal. There are only 5-7 poses that are held anywhere from 3-20 minutes at a time. We will journal at the very end of class to reflect on any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual sensations that you may have experienced in class. This class is a good complement to more active practices and an excellent remedy to reducing stress. Leave this class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Journal & Pen
  • Water (stay hydrated!)

What to wear:

  • Comfortable (and cute!) workout attire
  • Footwear: bare feet
