You do not need dance experience and it is a great way to get back into dancing. This class is so fun it won’t even feel like a workout! You will fall in love with it. In just 45 minutes our clients have reportedly burned around 400 calories! The perfect addition to your workout and a great cardio substitution to a tradition treadmill or stair climber workout. We use pom poms to add some extra weight and some sparkle! Bring plenty of water.
