Yoga Strength and Restore

The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement" and is a practice where postures are connected through the breath for a transforming and balancing effect. This class will build endurance and flexibility while you evolve through the flow of movement. The first part of class will include a vinyasa flow that also incorporates hand weights and exercises similar to those that you see in a Power Yoga. The second part of class is a restorative portion where you will unwind and relax. The best part about this class is that you feel like you truly earn your restorative practice at the end. It will leave you feeling accomplished, relaxed and calm by the end of class!

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water (stay hydrated!)

What to wear:

  • Comfortable (and cute!) workout attire
  • Footwear: bare feet
