Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is designed to be accessible and all inclusive to all types of students. It is especially great for a beginner. This class is created to support your mental, physical, and spiritual needs. It is a beautiful practice perfect to help you unwind, relax and release stress. We begin with a grounding meditation, some gentle stretching and journaling.

What to wear:
  • Comfortable clothes/workout attire
  • Class is taken barefoot

What to bring:
  • Yoga mat & some water to stay hydrated
  • Journal and pen for our journaling portion of class
