YOGA GIRL FOUNDATION YOGA DONATION CLASS

On December 3rd, we are joining forces with studios all over the world, to raise funds for the children in Aruba. Support children suffering from sexual abuse and violence, by attending our #GivingTuesday Yoga Girl Vinyasa Yoga Flow Class. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Yoga Girl Foundation. Nicole will be teaching class as a Yoga Girl certified Yoga Instructor. She recently completed her yoga teacher training under Rachel Brathen, the mind and heart behind this mission. The Vitality Place strives to give back and we want you to be a part of it!


What to bring:

• Wear comfortable athletic attire
• Barefoot for class
