New Years Intention Setting Yoga Workshop

Join us for a 90 minute New Years Intention Setting Yoga Workshop. We will spend the majority of class doing guided journaling. Every year we do the same journaling sequence so that we can reflect on what we have written in the past as well as get clear on our intentions for the future. We will spend time reflecting and processing 2023 while also channeling our hopes and dreams for 2024. This is a beautiful practice that will leave you feeling ready for the year ahead. We incorporate a gentle yoga practice in as well including a savasana to relax and restore the mind body and soul.

What to bring: A journal, pen, yoga mat, some water
